HandBryggeriet is situated in a medium sized town called Drammen
approx 40 km (25 miles) south of Oslo and is easily accessed by car or
train with only a short (15 min) walk from the railway station.
We do guided tours for groups 6-50 people on Fridays (17-22) and
Saturdays (12-18), please mail for booking.
Tours cost 250 kroner incl. 6 beer tastings pr person Most people
become happy and cheerful after a visit at our place.
We also do tastings paired with food specially composed for our beers.
This is 6 small dishes paired with our beer, a real experience in food and
drink pairing. Price for 6 beer tastings with food is 450 kroner.

ingredients, hops, malt and yeast etc. We explain about the history about beer, the
centuries old traditions of making and drinking it.
Beer making goes approx 6000 years back in history, it all started i Mesopotamia. Norway
has a great history of making beer that goes several thousand years back.
You will then be tasting 6 very different beers paired with small food tastings for each
