Our next beer coming up here is our
'Haandbakk', at least thats what we
think we may call it.
Its the beer we have ageing in the
wine barrels, this beer is almost ready
for bottling. The beer is very sour and
we have to do some blending with
fresh beer both to reduce the
sourness a little and create some
more body. The blending beer is
made and we are ready to bottle any
time now.
