Odin was in the  Norse mythology described as the chief god, the god of wisdom, war, battle
and death and also the god of magic and poetry. He was also able to change into any form he
chose.
Valhalla is Odin's great hall where he invites the great dead warriors to be entertained.
The two dwarfs Fjalar and Galar possessed the drink of poetry. They murdered Suttungs
parents but Suttung caught the two dwarfs and threatened to kill them by tying them to a rock
and letting the tide drown them. They persuaded Suttung to spare their lives in exchange for
their mysterious magical drink.
Suttung hid the drink deep inside a mountain with his daughter Gunnlod standing guard. Odin
changed into a snake and slithered inside.  He persuaded Gunnlod to give him three sips,
instead he drank  it all and changed into an eagle and escaped.
This drink was called the drink of poetry and this shall be our goal, when you drink this you may
well turn into a great poet - on the way home from the pub :-)  - worth trying!
Stay tuned and we will keep you updated on our progress with this drink experiment.
