This is our Porter or Norse Porter in the US. The old farmhouse breweries of Norway made many special beers and they where all dark, hearty, earthy beers like this classic porter full of dark malts. It was customary to make special beers for special occasions like weddings, christenings and even funerals. Made from: Marris otter pale, munich, crystal and brown malt + some chocolate malt and lots of hops for bittering and aroma. 6,5% alc, 32 ibu, 89 ebc color.

Norwegian Wood is our recreation of the most traditional Norwegian beer of all. Once every farm was required to brew its own ale (and many still do), all of that ale had a natural smoky taste from kilning the malt over open fire, and most of it was spiced with juniper twigs and berries. Made from smoked malt, munich malt, crystal and chocolate malt. 6,5% alc, 35 ibu, 36 ebc color.

Dark Force is as far as we know the only wheat stout in the universe. This is a true wheat beer made from mainly wheat malt and lots of dark roasted malts and plenty of both bittering and aroma hops to create this unique and tasty beer. 9% alc, 65 ibu, 139 ebc color.

Our India Pale Ale has the local touch by featuring our local wild hop that grows along the banks of a near by stream. We use such a lot of hops in this ale that our kettle can't take it, we therefore do mash hopping which gives a great taste and aroma. 6,5% alc, 66ibu, 22ebc color

Our Weizen bock is a strong dark brown hearty wheat bock with a nice smooth and malty taste from the munich and aromatic malts, yet the wheat yeast makes it rather quenching in spite of the malty fullness. Big malty beers can often be cloying, this is not the case with wheat bock. 7,5% alc, 20ibu, 65ebc color

This Ardenne blond is our version of a south Belgian beer style, its a blond beer with a tinge of orange color. Its a sparkling and refreshing brew with a nice phenolic and spicy aroma and taste. In spite of its strength its a great sparkling easy drinking summer beer. 7,5% alc, 18ibu, 8ebc color

Our Bavarian weizen is a perfect thurst quencher on a warm summer day. Its a hefe weizen and our special yeast gives a crisp and easy drinking beer with noticeable taste of fruit and citrus. An extra dash of the yeast in the bottle is recommended. 5,5% alc, 14ibu, 7ebc color.
