Nissefar (father x-mas) is our big
Christmas beer that fills our mash tun to
its limits with tons of yummy special
malts. This beer is very complex packed
with the taste and smells of Christmas,
like chocolate, caramel and raisins.
7% alc, 36 ibu, 70 ebc color.
Haandbryggeriet: Nissefar is only brewed for Christmas
Serving temp: 10-12C or 50-55F.
Goes well with traditional x-mas food, like turkey, game, pork and rich chocolate deserts

Nissemor (mother x-mas) this is
our first innovativ Christmas beer, in
addition to all the special malts this
beer is also spiced with raisins to
give it that warming wine like taste
of x-mas
6% alc, 31 ibu, 48 ebc color.

Serving temp: 10-12C or 50-55F.
Goes well with traditional x-mas food,  blue cheese and ripe Brie and Camembert .

Påskegodt is our seasonal Easter beer,
its truly an innovative beer that never is
the same from one year to the next. We
always make a new recipe and we never
test brew this beer, we just hope for the
best. It has always been a paleish beer
with a strength  between 6-8% alc.
This easter it was a strong wheat beer
with  lots of bitter hops.
Haandbryggeriet: Påskegodt is only brewed for easter/spring time.

Goes well with a nice place in the sun.
Here you see the x-mas Nisse/gnome
on his way out looking for the x-mas
beer that the farmer is supposed to put
out for him. This guy will may play
some nasty tricks on the farmer if he
should forget the beer.
