Our small brewery is run on an voluntary basis in our spare time, we
call ourselves innovative brewers meaning that we intend to
continually experiment with different kinds of ingredients and
processes. Our equipment is 7 bbl capacity depending of what
strength of beer we are brewing and we will make some pretty strong
stuff. Its a simple English type brew house that is capable of making
some great stuff depending on the skill of the hands that operate it.
